Snapchat son zamanlarda gençlerin ve özellikle ünlülerin en fazla vakit geçirdiği sosyal paylaşım platformlarından biri haline geldi. Snapchat ile fazlası ile içli dışı olan ünlüler artık bir çok açıklamasını buradan yapmaya başladı. Bu sanatçılardan biri olan güzel sanatçı Ariana Grande Snapchat üzerinden bir açıklama yaparak yeni şarkısı ile ilgili açıklamalardan bulundu. Snapchat üzerinden yaptığı açıklamada yeni şarkısı için provalara ve kayıtlara başladığını dile getiren güzel sanatçı, daha önce yayınladığı şarkısı Focus ile beklediği çıkışı yakalayamamıştı.
Ayrıcaünlü yıldız Grande stüdyoda çalışırken kaydetmiş olduğu 8 saniyelik videoyu yine Snapchat üzerinden paylaşarak, ne tarz işler yaptığını hayranları ile paylaştı.

Ünlü rap sanatçısı Drake Summer Sixteen isimli yeni bir şarkısı ile hayranlarının karşısına çıktı. Ünlü rapçi, “Hotline Blink” şarkısı ile gösterdiği başarının ardından bu kez de “Summer Sixteen” şarkısını iTunes adlı dijital müzik platformundan yayınladı.
